I was thinking of checking out apartments in there a few years ago. Now I'm glad I didn't. I'm sorry about the problems you're having. I'm in an apartment in a house just down the hill by [comment edited]. There have been noisy tenants in the past, but It's usually quiet here nowadays, as long as the elderly home isn't doing construction or landscaping. Since I often work at night and sleep in the daytime, I run "white noise" on my stereo to block most sounds out. Good luck in dealing with this guy. You must be in [comment edited].
